PINNACLE MORTGAGE
​
This tenant improvement for Pinnacle Mortgage located in Seal Beach California, included a new contemporary office space with a special "fun" room for their employees and clients to enjoy. The office space included private offices with glass store front detailing and large open office space for multiple sized custom workstations. The fun room featured a modern dark LVT tile, a custom 10'x4' solid surface island, built in refrigerators. The room features a custom glass back splash and a 8 feet of back painted glass writing surface.

COMMON AREA ELEVATOR LOBBY AND COMMON AREA CORRIDOR DESIGN RENDERINGS
Multiple design palettes were developed for ownership consideration. All designs offered varying stone flooring and modern carpet tile options, wall covering and pendant light fixtures that complemented each design.
PREMIER BUSINESS CENTERS - ATRIUM COURT

The 4th and 6th floor renovations of the common areas for Premier Business Centers included new lobby and reception area built in seating within the waiting areas, conference centers and break rooms. HHDA has established design standards for Premier Business Centers that include marble flooring, built in banquette seating and a feature wall with a custom scuff master paint finish and conference centers with full height glass and herculite door assemblies. Each center is designed to complement the esthetics of the building and city in which it resides.
















UCSD EXTENSION

UCSD EXTENSION relocated to the Governor Park area in San Diego. Occupying 3 floors, an exterior stair case was needed to accommodate the occupancy load. The new stair design was inspired by the buildings existing facade. The interior renovations included 3 floors of class rooms and faculty offices as well as a training center. A common area lobby, corridor and restroom remodel was also completed concurrently



UCSD NEUROPHYCHOLOGY
UCSD Neuropsychology relocated its medical and research offices to La Jolla California. The renovation included a building expansion, 3 medical office departments with a shared check in and centralized nursing station "pod" design to maximize efficiency. The lobby included a small pharmacy. A color scheme was developed for way finding and spatial definition.




EPSILON SYSTEMS SOLLUTIONS INC
Espilon Systems, a government defense contractor, headquartered in San Diego California relocated to a shell building designed specifically to accommodate their growing needs. The 2.1 million dollar remodel included a new lobby and reception area, conference center and multiple department programming with leveled security within the facility. An extra large break room with pantry and custom island was designed for the emplyees. The executive suite included multiple offices, a conference room with wood feature wall and a large office with private restroom.
